Аннотация:

Проведен обзор отечественной и преимущественно зарубежной литературы по вопросам проблемы несуицидального самоповреждающего поведения (НСП). Были отобраны и проанализированы статьи в базах MEDLINE/PubMed, Elibrary.ru, Scopus с 2000 по 2023 гг., международных медицинских журналах. Поиск проводился с использованием поисковых запросов различных вариантов указанных ключевых слов.
Актуальность изучения темы несуицидального самоповреждающего поведения, прежде всего, связана с тем, что данное поведение является одним из наиболее важных маркеров риска суицидального поведения, а также важным предиктором суицидальных попыток у подростков.
НСП представляет собой действия, направленные на членовредительство, совершаемые без какого-либо намерения умереть, и включают в себя такие действия, как царапание кожи, порезы, ожоги, удары головой, удары себя и т. д. Цели или функции НСП обычно заключаются в уменьшении или отвлечении от негативных эмоций, наказании себя и/или уменьшении чувства опустошённости.
