Аннотация:
Публикация отражает изучение специфики поведения двух особенных групп субъектов преступной деятельности: осужденных и членов организованных групп. Данные группы отличаются по ряду психологических и социальных признаков, что формирует особенности поведения заключенных и участников организованных преступных групп (ОПГ).
Рассматривая поведение как внешнее выражение мотивации и личностных качеств, необходимо выявить конкретные его проявления, а также те установки, которые влияют на формирование подобного поведения. Данная работа изучает личностные психологические особенности осужденных и членов ОПГ, являющиеся факторами становления преступного поведения, а также выражающиеся в конкретных поступках.
Кроме того, значительным является изучение структуры группы, ее динамики и взаимоотношений между членами и выявление взаимозависимости между организованностью группы и стабильностью преступного поведения. Сложность и многогранность преступных деяний раскрывается через специфику противоправной деятельности, а также структурную иерархию группы, функции и роли каждого члена.
Основной целью данной работы является изучение особенностей поведения осужденных и членов организованных групп. Объектом работы являются особенности категорий осужденных и членов ОПГ, предметом- поведение данных субъектов преступных деяний.

Abstract:
The publication reflects the study of the specifics of the behavior of two special groups of subjects of criminal activity: convicts and members of organized groups. These groups differ in a number of psychological and social characteristics, which forms the characteristics of the behavior of prisoners and members of organized criminal groups (organized criminal groups).
Considering behavior as an external expression of motivation and personal qualities, it is necessary to identify its specific manifestations, as well as those attitudes that influence the formation of such behavior. This work examines the personal psychological characteristics of convicts and members of organized criminal groups, which are factors in the formation of criminal behavior, as well as expressed in specific actions.
In addition, it is significant to study the structure of the group, its dynamics and relationships between members and to identify the interdependence between the organization of the group and the stability of criminal behavior. The complexity and versatility of criminal acts is revealed through the specifics of illegal activities, as well as the structural hierarchy of the group, the functions and roles of each member.
The main purpose of this work is to study the behavior of convicts and members of organized groups. The object of the work is the peculiarities of the categories of convicts and members of organized criminal groups, the subject is the behavior of these subjects of criminal acts.
