Аннотация:

В представленном обзоре обозначена проблема диагностики аффективных расстройств при шизофрении, особенно при первом психотическом эпизоде. Акцентируется внимание на изучение психологических механизмов формирования патологии, которые рассматриваются в комплексе с традиционными взглядами «эндогенного (биологически детерминированного) процесса». Психологические механизмы развития депрессии в первом эпизоде шизофрении, обусловленные прежде всего, стрессогенной реакцией пациента на факт болезни и на психотический опыт, обозначают значимость психологической работы с копингом и самостигматизацией, что в конечном итоге повысит качество терапии пациентов и их реабилитации, а также поможет предотвратить обострение и инвалидизацию.
